Connie will discuss two vital components of air traffic safety; Air Traffic Safety Action Program (ATSAP), the controller self-reporting program, and "Turn off, Tune in" texting/phone awareness in control room. From her positions as an air traffic controller and as a front line manager, Connie will give you first-hand experiences that will give you a better understanding of these programs and their value in today's industry.
